An Equity Membership is for those joining CCSRC that own a home in Cedar Creek Estates or Cedar Creek Crossing.

The initial cost to join is a one time equity payment of $375 + an annual due of $425. A total of $800 for the first year. This may be broken down into 3 separate payments.

Annual dues after the first year are $525.

A Guest Membership is for those joining CCSRC that rent a home in Cedar Creek Estates or Cedar Creek Crossing or live outside of these neighborhoods. All are welcome to join!

The cost to join as a new member is $450. Annual dues thereafter are $550.
