Events and Reservations
If you’d like to book the pool or pavilion for a party, first confirm the date is available using the calendar below. Then, submit a request on the Contact Us page. When booking a pool party, additional lifeguard(s) are REQUIRED for your party. After booking the pool party, please secure lifeguard(s) by going to https://www.sweetwaterpools.net/pool-parties/pool-party-request-form/. If lifeguards are unavailable, a pool party cannot be held at CCSRC.
Non-Members can book the pavilion only for a fee.

Before You Book
In your booking request, please include the following:

Is the reservation for the pavilion, pool or both? CCSRC members cam rent the pavilion for free; however, there are fees associated with reserving a lifeguard. These costs depends on the number of lifeguards needed and the length of your party.
Non-Members can only reserve the pavilion for a fee. Non-Members cannot reserve the CCSRC pool for an event.
Note: If lifeguards are unavailable, a pool party cannot be held at CCSRC, but the pavilion can still be used. -
Please add an hour for setup time and an hour for cleanup to your reservation. You are fully responsible for cleanup. Please leave the premises in the same or better condition than you found it. A $200 deposit is required and will be refunded after confirmation of clean up. A check will be accepted if there is time for it to clear, or Zelle may be used at any time. Zelle email is ccsrcduespayments@gmail.com.
All events must end by 10pm to allow time for clean-up and for all parties to exit by 11pm. -
Note that we have about 35-40 chairs and several tables available. Please advise us if you need to use these items.

We have limited parking. If you need overflow parking, please ask guests to park on the side of the road, after you pass the club driveway. Please DO NOT allow guests to park on either side of the road before the entrance, this is a safety compliance issue. Emergency services will not be able to reach us if vehicles are parked before the entrance. Again, do not park on the road before the entrance, you must pass the entrance to park on the road if needed.

Yes, music is allowed. Please use a reasonable volume and end music by 10pm. Lifeguards MUST be able to easily communicate with participants at the pool without having to raise their voices.

Seating begins at 8:45 Movie begins at Dusk. BYO Snacks, lawn chairs, and/or blankets.
S. Nash Event- Pavilion
The pavilion is booked for a private event on 5/30 from 4:00 - 10:00 pm.
Thomas R., Graduation: Pavilion
The pavilion is booked for a private event on 5/27 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm.
End of School Year Party
CCSRC is celebrating the end of the school year with popsicles and games from 5-6p. You are welcome to stay afterwards. Just remember, all members in attendance must have a waiver on file and all children must have an adult companion.
Discussion to discuss bylaw changes
Our Spring General Meeting is right around the corner on Sunday, March 19th at 6pm at the Pool Pavilion. We will be reviewing the budget and voting on bylaw changes. We will be voting on the changes as a whole. Today’s meeting will be open to all members that wish to discuss the proposed bylaw changes prior to the Spring General Meetin.
